Over the course of the last 8 years I have refined the process of creating your dream life, increasing happiness, nurturing personal growth and driving high performance. And after working with countless clients on helping them to master themselves, life and their goal achievement process I understood that it takes exactly 5 components to achieve ultimate success in life.
Today I share with you what every successful person does, has and practices to get to where they are and manifest whatever they desire.

After studying successful people and working with tons of clients for years I discovered that there are a few personality traits and behaviours all of them have in common that drives their success and helps them to become the best version of themselves which is the ultimate stepping stone to even more success.
Personal growth and development is the core principle of being successful of creating a life you love and of manifesting your desires. If you don’t work on yourself it can be very hard and frustrating to get to where you want to be because you constantly find yourself standing in your own way.
To move past self-sabotage and unlock your true potential here are 5 things you need to master:
Confidence is the first pillar of self-mastery. Whatever you want to manifest or create in your life, you need to be confident about your ability to make it happen. The more you believe in yourself, the more you see your worth and the more you can show up and perform the actions necessary to get to your goal with confidence the easier and more rapid you will see results.
One thing all successful people have mastered along the way is resilience because truth is: shit happens. Life doesn’t always go the way we want and we fail. In fact, success is failing a million times until you don’t anymore. So, what do we need to do to increase success? Build resilience. Because the thing is, if we give up after failing, if we give up when the going gets tough or when shit hits the fan than we won’t know what would have been if we continued. So, we need to put practices into place and expand our personal growth so that we have the resilience to bounce back from failure and keep going.
Talking about keeping the work up, discipline is another way in which successful people practice self-mastery. We all have days where we rather not show up, not do the work, where we are just not feeling it. We all get impatient sometimes and wonder if it is ever going to work out. But no matter how we feel, what obstacle we face or what mood we’re in, we need to show up for what we want. We need to put in the work and stay consistent and that requires discipline.
Motivation is a tricky thing and it requires quite some self-reflection because the thing is short term motivation won’t serve you. You need a proper why! When you draw your motivation for creating your dream life or whatever it is that you want to achieve from material rewards such as money, reach, recognition, … you will most likely lose it once you’re not seeing immediate rewards or progress or the going gets hard. But when you have a proper why, a really strong reason, a reason that goes beyond you, beyond vanity that is what will keep you going when nothing else will.
The last component of self-mastery you need to acquire to be successful is trust. And oh, my is trust underrated. The thing is, 99% of the time it will take some time for your desires to manifest. There is no way around it. And so often (especially when you’re a high achiever or perfectionist) we tend to get impatient and wonder “am I doing enough”, “am I on the right track”, “is it really coming or do I need to change something”, … all those thoughts pop into our mind and make us force and push and do when what we actually need is to let go and trust that what we do is enough and what we desire is coming.
