Before the program I let myself be guided a lot by my negative beliefs. I doubted myself and my abilities a lot. I went through everything I said or did in my head again to make sure I hadn't done anything 'wrong'. I was very strict with myself. I racked my brains over everything. I didn't know my own self-worth and let it be determined by others. I often made myself look bad, tried to keep myself down so as not to stand out. I always kept my opinions and views to myself. I had a very negative attitude and had the feeling that I had come to a standstill in my development and that something had to be done now. Through the past 4 months, I was able to be very honest with myself. This enabled me to work on some negative beliefs. This led me to believe in myself and my abilities more and more. The self-doubt has shrunk through many different exercises and conversations. I have gained new insights about myself, my thoughts, what I want and don't want. Insights about beliefs and patterns that I was able to work out with Tara's help. With each new call, I knew more who I am and acknowledged my self-worth. We discussed new routines together and integrated them into everyday life. For example, journaling, yoga, meditating, rituals that supported me in difficult situations and helped me to ground myself again. Tara has helped me to see the world with new perspectives and to bring this change of perspective into my everyday life. My thoughts are clearer and more structured, which makes it easier for me to reflect on myself and what is happening around me without depending on my value. I have learned 'good rumination' thanks to Tara, before I was just an overthinker. Within 4 months a lot has changed in my life. I am paying more attention to my needs and expressing them. I learn to say no every day to things I can really do without. I am able to express my opinion on things without feeling bad about it. I am a more positive person, with clear thoughts and I am proud of myself. It's just amazing how much I've been able to learn. Every day I have new insights about myself and my being. I now know that my worth cannot be determined by ANYONE or my actions. I know that I have a lot of self-confidence inside me and that all feelings are ok. I have a much better relationship with my sister since the calls. I have learned a lot from her and I feel much better since I spoke to Tara. I definitely recommend working with her.

Before working with Tara I was kind of lost and desperate because working by myself on my life didn’t work, I was only repeating my mistakes and never had another look at how I did, lacking a support system that could give me advices, stop my bad habits (without even knowing I had some), I needed to hear some lessons. I felt like Tara created a really safe and nurturing environment, even through a virtual session. When I started getting coached by Tara, I didn’t really know what my purpose was. I had a lot of okayness in my life, and I wasn’t okay with that. I struggled a lot with getting discovery calls and clients. And I didn’t know anything about manifestation and meditation, but that was something I wanted to implement in my life, I just didn’t know how.
